Tacony Station

By Regional Rail

From the Tacony Station, located in the middle of the beautiful Disston Park, one can reach Trenton or Philadelphia’s 30th Street, Suburban, and Jefferson Stations all in less than 30 minutes. With trains running every 30 minutes to an hour, living in Tacony and working downtown is easy!

By Other Public Transportation

There are also several bus lines which make car-free travel to key locations very simple. From the Market-Frankford subway line, a transfer to Bus Route 56 at the Erie - Torresdale stop or a transfer to Bus Route 84 at the Frankford Transportation Center stop will get you to convenient neighborhood locations in just 15 or 20 minutes. From the Frankford Transportation Center, you can also catch a trackless trolley on the 66 line, which runs north and south along Frankford Avenue throughout the entirety of Northeast Philadelphia.

By Car

Thanks to its convenient location along the Delaware River, Tacony also has great I-95 connectivity. It is also well connected to the three northeast Philadelphia corridors or Roosevelt Avenue, Frankford Avenue, and State Road. Driving downtown can take as little as 15 or 20 minutes.

Tacony is well connected to Center City, New York and other destinations.
